UNIT DISTRICT FORMED JULY 1, 1969
On July 1, 1969 the Wilder-Waite School, Dunlap Grade, and Dunlap High School joined to form the Unit District 323, pooling resources from all schools. The District Office was housed in a dwelling in Dunlap at Pine and Third.
In 1980 Banner Grade School opened on Allen Road and became the new home for the Unit District #323 Office.
In 1990 an addition was added to the high school and Unit District #323 Office moved into the new addition.
The Unit District #323 Office is still located in the newly renovated Dunlap High School.
